Welcome to the ProHome Builder's Warranty Program.  Because New Century is committed to Excellence in Customer Service you will be enrolled in our Warranty Program when you build with New Century.  New Century warrants their houses under the Nationally Accepted Construction Standards for a period of one year.  The Terms of this warranty are found in your ProHome Builder's Warranty, which will be supplied to you prior to closing.  ProHome provides administrative and technical services to help facilitate you during your warranty coverage period.  You will also receive a Homeowner's Service Guide, where you will find the instructions to guide you step by step through the process for registering claims.  Our entire process is described in this Service Guide for your convenience.
